Our project consultants are tasked with the responsibility to manage and monitor your

ERP system project, from pre-implementation to post implementation until your company

runs Live in TaskHub.

Our project consultants establish project goals and objectives: They take into

consideration your needs for system modification or customization, examining the

objectives and establish a project plan to meet these goals.

Our project consultants monitor project planning and scheduling: They constructed the

training and implementation schedule for clients upon communication with the clients to

understand availability of users or administrators who will attend the training and or

whether hardware and software installation is ready for ERP implementation. Our

consultants will be responsible to assess the various points within the project and help to

decide whether to proceed towards the next milestones.

Lastly, our project consultants also perform project evaluation and project control : They

will be responsible to assess the various points within the project and help to decide

whether to proceed towards the next milestones, keeping every stages of the project on

track. They will control the variables which are within their area of control to ensure

various milestones are attained. They will also communicated with the party concerned if

external factors created cornerstone for the project.

Post Implementation Services

Our consultant conduct on-site implementation at various points within the ERP project to

enhance the users' understanding of the systems and also take the opportunity to enforce

the deliverables of milestones set for the project, keeping the client's ERP project on

track.

Each training session is three hours and users or your administrators will be given

opportunity to do hands-on to aid their understanding.
