• Multiple Costing Method

TaskHub is able to maintain Lot/Serial No/Weighted Avg, FIFO costing

methods for multiple inventory classes. User is able to define the chart of

account number for each inventory class.

• Lot/Serial Number Tracking

TaskHub is able to monitor inventory that will require tracking of serial/lot

numbers across sales, purchase, logistics and financial, this capability can

be maintained for an item, but turned on/off when required by the user.

• Cost Adjustment (only for Weighted Average Inventory)

You can manually adjust the cost of a weighted average inventory to factor

in price fluctuations.

• Stock Requisition

Your technician is able to make a requisition on the required items upon

performing a service. Thus at the end of the day, you will be able to know

which technician has made requisition on which particular inventory for

which service.

• Multi-currency/Muiti-pack size/Customer/Supplier Price List

The multi-currency capabilities automatically set prices of inventory in

foreign currencies, allow you to trade with foreign customers conveniently.

The multi-pack size capabilities also allow you to set prices for inventory in

accordance to quantity or pack size. This feature helps to save you valuable

time in making your customer and supplier price list.

• Multiple Classification Maintenance- All inventory can be defined into different classifications by brand names/model types (for multiple items) or product category/class (for a group of products). Ties in with Browse and Pick feature.

• Pack Size Maintenance- For a single item, user can define unlimited packing configurations, TaskHub is able to maintain individual gross weight, volume, dimensions and item quantity for each packing configuration.

• Browse and Pick in Transfer Order- Users using the Transfer order voucher to move inventory intro-warehouse can use the same "Browse and Pick" feature found in the sales order module to choose what items to be transferred.

• Non Stock Inventory- Classifies your inventory into stock and non-stock items.

• Enhanced Inventory Code Search- Faster and more meaningful inventory searches with TaskHub's inventory code search.

• Request for Inventory Screen- After your manager's approval, a inventory release voucher is generated automatically and your warehouse personnel will be notified to release the required goods.
