• TimeSheet to capture workers' hours electronically

Manpower involved in a project has different skill sets and labour costs. A

particular skill set can be searched through a central repository so as to

deploy the most suitable person for a job. At the same time, TaskHub will

auto-check the current timetable of all employees with the required skill

set(s) to poll the employee availability for the required job at the specified

time. For every job, employee can enter the time for each job so that the

actual hours at work can be captured. This can either be done through the

Internet Browser, hand-held PDA and/or a time sheet scanner to clock their

time-in and out. This time sheet information is linkable to the payroll

module so as to assist HR department in their monthly salary payment.

Resources such as equipment may be loaned out for many project jobs and

very often, such resources are lost or spoilt without any accountability.

Hence, with our material tracking, engineers can request for materials they

need and traceability is present in knowing where the materials are, under

which engineer and for which job.
