  • Blanket Order Management

Easily maintain a contracted item for a supplier or a customer, system will

keep track and monitor the contract transactions for you, at the sales or

purchasing, option to use the contract price or adhoc price. Details auto-

updated to the relevant contract, upon order confirmation. This feature is

particularly useful to manage your blanket order.

  • Sales Approval Management

Feature Multi-level approvals based on user's requirement, Eg : Orders for

a particular item or from a particular customer.

  • Credit Limit/Terms/Tenor Control

You can set credit limit control for a customer or a group of customers, any

transaction exceeding that limit can be suspended or routed for special

approval. Displays only approved credit terms for a customer and controls

the tenor period for a customer.

  • I-icon : Customer Financial Status

Manage your customer's financial relationship, through TaskHub's

receivables management screen, call up outstanding invoices to find out if

the customer has been a good paymaster, use this information to press for

outstanding payments using the sales order as leverage.

  • Browse and Pick

Items with multiple specifications will have a large number of configuration

permutations. With TaskHub's "Browse and Pick" feature you will be able to

easily tell if you have a particular item in stock based on the customer's

specifications, instead of having to scroll through thousands of inventory

items.

  • Export Price Declaration

Companies dealing heavily in the export trade will find this feature

extremely useful, TaskHub is able to factor in a separate price for custom's

declaration. Preparation of the export documents will pull out this price,

whereas the original price will be used for the billing of the customer.

  • Sales Role Control

TaskHub can restrict read/write access to certain quotations ad orders.

Example: Sales team A might have view access within it's own group, but

not team B, but the sales director can have visibility across all teams under

his/her jurisdiction.

  • Progressive Billing in Sales Order

If a customer requests that payment be made progressively, you are able

to accomodate, by using this new progressive billing feature in sales

module. Irregardless of delivery to the customer, you can schedule the

percentage of billing by date.

  • Sales Quota Analysis

You can set a sales target for a salesperson, for a specific customer and

inventory item. For analysis purposes.

  • Product Configurator

Your customers may login in to choose and configure specifications of the

product they desire based on multi level hierarchy. The final price of the

product will be tabulated and a request sent to your sales person.
