Business Solutions Department is in charge of sales and marketing. Each consultant is fully equipped with TaskHub's technical and business aspect to ensure that your business needs, challenges are well-understood so that a solution can be given. Our consultants are very solution-focused and are quick to advice you on solving your main pain points in your business. Project Consultants and Project Executives
Success and failure of ERP implementation depends very much on the team implementing them. Our Project department ensures that it is implemented according to the customers' environment on time. They are tasked with managing the entire SDLC process and ensure the sound and timely execution of our SOP methodology. Each of our Project Consultants have a minimum experience of 6 years with rich accounting, business domain knowledge and strong project management skill, you can rely on them to ensure the successful live-run for your project. Our most senior Project Consultant has been with Synergix for 15 years. Below are some of Synergix's Project Consultants and Project Executives.
System Analysts
Our System Analysts are in charge of designing the system and integrating it with our ERP framework. Having a rich experience in their respective domain as the basic foundation, they are quick to understand new business domains and advice the interactions between any turnkey development with the ERP. They work closely with our R&D and QA team in delivering competent solutions for our customers. Majority of our system analysts are ASEAN scholars and/or Master graduates with at least 3 years working experience. The most senior system analyst has been with Synergix a 13 years.
Programmers
Our R&D department's core focus is in programming for the specific domains that they have been assigned, after receiving the specifications from our System Analysts. They are broken down into Senior and Junior programmers and each team is spearheaded by a team leader.
Quality Assurance/Tester (QA)
Our QA department is in charge of ensuring that new modules and features are thoroughly tested before deploying to our customers for acceptance.
Help desk
Helpdesk support department is well-trained and fully-equiped with the knowledge on the entire TaskHub system. Each helpdesk personnel fully understands every single module and function within TaskHub so that your call can be advised by any personnel. We assign a dedicated personnel to you, so you can always call our helpdesk by name and they in turn will be able to know you.
In order to serve our client better, we've upgraded our voIP system recently during 2011 to help improve ease of communication.
