Job Description

  1. Support customers on the phone or via email about using the system promptly
  2. Troubleshooting issue of customers.
  3. Corporate with Dev, SA/BA to solve issue for customer
  4. Support customer on usage and also fix bug.
  5. Training on customer about using ERP software if required by manager.

Job Requirement

  1. Ready for going on business to Singapore if required
  2. Excellent logical thinking ability
  3. Ability to work both in a team and independently
  4. Ability to work under pressure, learn fast and adapt quickly to the working environment
  5. Responsible, well organized, detail-oriented, and able to do multi-task
  6. Ability to analyze business logic, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs.
  7. Very good customer service mindset with a passion for ERP business processes and ERP systems.
  8. English skills: a. Able to read and *understand fully* *complex* English documentation, in both technical and non-technical (business) contexts; b. Able to communicate *very fluently* in direct conversation and over the phone, instant messaging (e.g. Skype, YIM), and email

Required Technical Skills

  1. Graduated university
  2. Written and Spoken English Language Proficiency
  3. Good customer service attitude
  4. Good troubleshooting skills
  5. Independent team player who can work with minimal supervision
  6. Age: 22-24
