With over 20 years of experience, Synergix has about 70 headcounts and over 400 customers. Our HQ is located in Singapore and we have another subsidiary in Hanoi, Vietnam and Cebu, Philippines. Being an IBM Premier Business Partner, our key focus is on helping our customers to identify areas of business needs where software applications (either e-business solutions and/or unique turnkey software development) can help them to achieve their long-term goals.
Sales Executive Role Overview
As an In-house Sales Executive you’ll be responsible for follow up with clients, prepare sales administrative task, liaise with clients and upsell customers with new services.
Your responsibilities will revolve primarily on the following:
– Service and follow up with our existing clients on renewal of software and hardware contract
– Preparation of Sales related administrative task including Quotation preparation, contract preparation,
– License Agreement Preparation
– Liaise with Suppliers and source for purchases with preparation of Purchase Order
– Upsell existing customers with new services such as network maintenance packages
What We Need:
– Highly self-motivated, result oriented and able to work independently with less supervision
– Minimum 1 year experience in sales coordinating role as stated above
– Must have experience liaising with vendors
– Good Follow up services
– Work Location in Cebu Office, NOT HOME BASED.
– Salary package at 18,000 peso plus commission
– HMO after passing the probation period
– Working hours from 9am – 6pm (Philippine time), Monday – Friday
