Responsibilities:

  • Understand ERP market, targeted industries and database marketing.
  • Delivery of monthly appointment targets.
  • To train, guide, monitor, manage and motivate an offshore team.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of Telemarketing Team Leader experience or more than 3 years in outbound call centre.
  • Diploma/Degree or more than 6 years of working experience.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English in Singapore accents.
  • Deep knowledge of telemarketing skills.
  • Target and commission driven.
  • Passion in training, guiding, monitoring and motivating.
  • Familiarity with call centre hardware and software.
  • Good knowledge of Contact Centre Management tools and technology.
