With Synergix ERP System’s Project Timesheet Module, we allow each engineer to create a timesheet on a weekly basis.
These office staff or engineers will indicate which project they are working on that week. Their activities will also be monitored as well.
Synergix ERP System will automatically check if it’s a weekend or public holiday, and also daily timesheet amounts for minimum of 8 hours. It also allows different public holidays for different countries, such as Singapore, China and Brazil. Thus, engineers in these countries can utilize the project timesheet.
Costs will be allocated to the project based on:
1. Whether it is normal hours or OT hours
2. Designation – there will be standard rates for each designation, for example
$10 for normal rate for an engineer
$15 for OT rate for an engineer
$20 for normal rate for a senior engineer
$30 for OT rate for a senior engineer
