Subsequently, with our ongoing developments, our software has evolved into a full-fledged web-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Currently, besides our headquarters in Singapore, we also have an overseas presence in Hanoi and Cebu that continuously contributes to our ERP software.

Definitely. Synergix Technologies’ highly competent implementation team will ensure all of our ERP system users are trained to operate the system effectively. Furthermore, a Customized Live Training Video will be recorded so that even your new staff can always refer to the video for self-learning.

Whenever having a query or need help regarding Synergix ERP Software, our customers can access our Help Desk to request support. Currently, our company has about 50 technical staff dedicated to ensuring the stability of the ERP software.
You may do it two ways, either with a server in your office or via cloud.
The data in the ERP system can be backed up on a daily basis. Hence, even in the event that one of the servers malfunctions, the company can still retrieve the data.
It takes about 4 to 6 months, depending on the scale of the ERP Software modules taken up by the client.
Yes, training is provided for our customers at our Training Centre. Live video recording of the training will also be provided.
Our referral partners will get SGD 500 when we attend an appointment with their referred clients, and 10% of the software user license fee upon closing the deal (excluding 3rd party hardware, software, and services). For example, if the Project Value is $150,000, you will receive $15000.
