The data in the ERP system can be backed up on a daily basis. Hence, even in the event that one of the servers’ malfunctions, the company can still retrieve the data.
It takes about 4 to 6 months depending on the scale of the ERP Software modules taken up by the client.
Yes, training is provided for our customers at our Training Centre. Live video recording of the training will also be provided.
We usually start by having the discussion phase with your Head of Departments in setting up the system master configuration and to confirm all the modification items (if any). Once confirmed, there will be approval of prototype screens for modification items by the users. After which, there will be several training sessions in using the Synergix ERP Software.
Our referral partners will get SGD 5,000 when we attend an appointment with their referred clients, and 10% of software user license fee upon closing the deal (excluding 3rd party hardware, software and services). For example, if the Project Value is $150,000, you will receive $15000.
