Q: May I understand more about the background of Synergix?

A: Synergix was founded in 1990 and started off as a pure accounting software. Subsequently, with our on-going developments, it has evolved into a full fledged web-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Currently, besides our headquarters in Singapore, we also have overseas presence in Hanoi and Cebu that continuously contributed to our ERP software.


Q: How many years has your company been established?

A: Synergix Technologies has been established for 28 years in Singapore.


Q: What is Synergix E1?

A: Synergix E1 is the brand name of our ERP System.


Q: Is Synergix E1 ERP System only for large organizations?

A: No, it is not only for large organizations. Essentially, Synergix E1 ERP System focuses on SMEs and every company will have the need for transparency and consistency in document versioning in order to reduce unnecessary costs.

Q: Is your current ERP system or software scalable?

A: Yes, definitely, as Synergix E1 ERP System goes by a modular basis. Anytime a client requests to add on new modules, Synergix E1 ERP System will be able to support the client’s requirements. Hence, the system will grow together with the company.


Q: What modules do you provide?

A: Currently, Synergix E1 ERP System contains 25 fully integrated modules, namely Project Management, Sales Management, Procurement, Inventory Tracking, Accounts and Human Resource Management. Please access the ERP Software Page at the top to view the full list of modules.


Q: Which industries or businesses is Synergix E1 ERP System most applicable for?

A: Our ERP System caters mainly for businesses in the Building & Construction, Marine Engineering, Manufacturing, Wholesale and Distribution, Rental & Services industries.


Q: Does it support Multi Languages?

A: Yes, Synergix E1 ERP System is able to operate in English, Mandarin and Vietnamese.


Q: I focus only on my core business and do not have IT knowledge. Can I still use Synergix E1?

A: Definitely. Synergix Technologies’ highly competent implementation team will ensure that your users will be trained in using the system effectively. Furthermore, a Customized Live Training Video will be recorded so that new staff or employees can always view the video for learning purposes.


Q: Can I access Synergix E1 ERP System even when I am out of office?

A: Of course! Synergix E1 ERP System is a web based program and is accessible via internet browsers (Mozilla Firefox, Chrome or Safari etc).

System and Technicalities

Q: If I encounter a problem in using Synergix E1 ERP System, what should I do?

A: Our customers will have access to the HelpDesk when they have a query or need help regarding the ERP system. Currently, our company has about 50 technical staff dedicated to ensuring the stability of the ERP software.


Q: Where and how can I host my data?

A: You may do it two ways, either with a server in your office or via cloud.


Q: System Recovery Plans?

A: The data in the ERP system can be backed up on a daily basis. Hence, even in the event that one of the servers malfunctions, the company can still retrieve the data.


ERP Project Implementation

Q: What is the estimated duration of implementing an ERP Software Project?

A: It takes about 4 to 6 months depending on the scale of the ERP Software modules taken up by the client.


Q: Is there training provided for the usage of your ERP System?

A: Yes, training is provided for our customers at our Training Centre. Live video recording of the training will also be provided.


Q: What is the usual standard procedure for rolling out the ERP System?

A: We usually start by having the discussion phase with your Head of Departments in setting up the system master configuration and to confirm all the modification items (if any). Once confirmed, there will be approval of prototype screens for modification items by the users. After which, there will be several training sessions in using the Synergix E1 ERP System.

Q: How does Synergix Technologies’ Referral Partner Program work?

A: Our referral partners will get 10% of the entire Project (excluding 3rd party hardware, software and services) that our customer purchase. For example, if the Project Value is $150,000, you will receive $15000.
