Let\u2019s take a closer look at what\u2019s new this month!<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>PAYROLL &amp; FINANCE<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><b>1.&nbsp; Payroll: Payslip Summary with and without project budget schedule allocation by Project (<\/b><b>Formcode:<\/b><b>TH6R_PY_400454)<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In <a href=\"https:\/\/www.synergixtech.com\/\">Synergix ERP Software<\/a>, users can check the Payroll amount allocated to various projects and not allocate to projects all in one report. It helps users save time and find it easier while checking payroll values.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>2. Enhancement to Standard Balance Sheet (Year To Date\/YTD) (<\/b><b>Formcode:&nbsp; TH6_GL_FINANCIAL_STATEMENT)<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Applicable to Financial Statement screen, module General Ledger.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enhancement details:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/span>Change the wordings to follow same as our Sub Type Description:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">from \u2018Non Current Assets\u2019 to \u2018Long Term Assets\u2019,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">from \u2018Non Current Liabilities\u2019 to \u2018Long Term Liabilities\u2019.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Re-order to show Current first, then Long Term.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Those changes are planned to be released by the end of October, 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>3. Payroll: Employee Identification Listing<\/b><b> (<\/b><b>Formcode: TH6R_PY_400457)<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Before, systems did not have separate reports for identification listing. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With this enhancement, the system now provides a centralised <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Employee Identification Listing Report<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> that consolidates employee codes, names, departments, and their identification documents with expiry dates. Payroll: Overtaken Leave for Hourly rate, Daily rate in payroll scheme<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><b>Formcode:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>TH5_PY_GENERATION_BUDGET_CAT_PY_SCHEME<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>TH5_PY_GENERATION_BUDGET_CAT_PY_SCHEME_V1<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>TH5_PY_GENERATION_BUDGET_CAT_PY_SCHEME_V2<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Applicable to Payroll module, Payroll Generation screen<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><b><br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Previously, the system calculated overtaken leave amounts for hourly and daily rate employees using <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Basic Salary<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, which does not exist for these employee types.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The enhancement introduces proper formulas to calculate overtaken leave based on the <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hourly Rate<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> or <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Daily Rate<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> defined in the employee\u2019s payroll scheme. The system now automatically detects overtaken leave days, retrieves the applicable rate effective on that date, and computes the correct deduction amount.
