Procurement ERP – Enhanced Copy Function at Purchase Requisition (PR)
TaskHub Enterprise Resource Planning now allow copy function in Purchase Request Screen in order to minimize data entry for repeated request for purchase. This enhancement will improve productivity for companies adopting our procurement module in our Project Costing ERP, Project Management ERP, Manufacturing ERP, Contract ERP, Service ERP and Sales ERP Software.
Payroll ERP – Updated Global Employee Master Screen
In the Global Employee Master, there is new field to capture the designation under local info and a new remarks tab sheet. The first will allow company to keep track of the history of designation or job position of that particular employee; the latter being the remark tab sheet to allow capturing more information regarding this employee. This update will benefit all our customers, especially companies adopting our Payroll module available as an integrated ERP package in our Project costing ERP, Project Management ERP, Manufacturing ERP, Contract ERP, Service ERP and Sales ERP System.
Payroll ERP – Capping of OT at $2250 *New MOM regulations
With new MOM regulations at OT capping, TaskHub ERP System automatically capped the maximum OT at $2250. This update will ensure TaskHub ERP System full compliance to the MOM regulations and benefit companies adopting our Payroll module available as an integrated ERP package in our Project costing ERP, Project Management ERP, Manufacturing ERP, Contract ERP, Service ERP and Sales ERP Software.
Project ERP – Project Recognition with History summary Project Recognition : Cater for Recognition History Summary
The Project Recognition in TaskHub ERP Software now save and show all the summary of the history of all project recognition done. The updated features is useful for companies adopting our Project costing ERP and Project Management ERP Software.
Project ERP – Subcontractor Module with new claim type
TaskHub ERP System Subcontractor module is enhanced to allow subcontractor to claim according to the subcontractor contract (Letter of Award) or by Direct claim*New. This direct claim option will be allowed for claim against contract or claim without any contract. It works in the similar way as the existing subcontractor claim but with greater flexibility. This feature will benefit our customers who adopt our Subcontractor Management ERP module available as an integrated ERP package in our Project costing ERP and Project Management ERP.
Warehouse Management System – Stock Issue and Stock Return Price
During stock return, TaskHub ERP System will calculate stock return cost and verify the customer data to compare against stock issue cost. There may be scenario when stock is issued and for some reason and have to be returned to the warehouse for any reason, but there are different cost prices for the same stock/ inventory during the stock issue and stock return. This will be useful for all our clients using our Warehouse Management System, be it our Project Costing ERP and Project Management ERP, Manufacturing ERP, Sales ERP, Contract ERP, or Service ERP System.
New monthly reports release includes:
- Project – Subcontractor Claim Report*Enhanced.
This enhanced report gives a more detailed breakdown and better layout for both subcontractor claim detail and summary reports. This enhancement report is useful for companies adopting our Subcontractor Management module integrated as a package in our Project costing ERP and Project Management solution.
- Sales ERP – Daily Sales Report
To show the calculation of the sales cost. This report will show the sub-total as well as grand total of the cost calculation in the report. The enhancement will be especially useful for companies adopting our Sales ERP modules and Manufacturing ERP, and to a lesser extend – companies using our Service ERP Software.
iii. Standardization of our Standard Reports Naming.
We have renamed and standardized the naming of some standard reports to increase the relevancy and ease of use for the reports.
Please keep a lookout of upcoming changes of improvement!
Following are the sample of the reports naming that has been standardized (change the naming): Aged Receivables, Group by Customer (summary in Home) have been renamed Aged Receivables by Voucher Date, Group by Customer
The report naming standardization enhancement will be rolled out progressively. This will benefit companies adopting our Project Costing ERP and Project Management ERP, Manufacturing ERP, Sales ERP, Contract ERP, or Service ERP System.
