Payroll ERP – New CPF Contribution Rates from 1 January 2015!
As there would be changes in the CPF Contribution Rates from 1 January 2015, Synergix will complete the updating of the new CPF Contribution Rates by mid-December 2014. In general, it will be useful for all customers using our integrated Payroll ERP Software.
Payroll ERP – MOM Monthly Labour Market Survey Report
With this new report released, users can now auto-generate the compulsory MOM Labour Market Survey report straight from our system! TaskHub ERP Software will give you the number of turnovers, resignations, retirements, Singapore Citizens, PRs, Foreigners, Managers and Professionals, and Clerical, Sales and service workers in your company according to the MOM report format accordingly. In general, it will be useful for all customers using our integrated Payroll ERP Software.
Projects ERP System – Closing of Projects (Bill by Phase) without final claim
Currently, users would have to indicate the final claim for each project for TaskHub ERP Software to close off the completed projects. In the future, if the last invoice generated is the final claim for the project, users have the option to close off the project without having the need to generate another invoice. It would be useful for all customers using the Projects ERP Software with the “Bill by Phase” billing method.
Manufacturing ERP System – Inventory BOM Production Routing Stages
A new feature would be added in the Inventory BOM setup screen t allow users to add Preceding and Succeeding stages when creating the process routing for production. For example, when the Add Succeeding stage is selected, TaskHub ERP Software would add in a new stage to be ‘Succeeding Stage’ of the current stage, and ‘Preceding Stage’ of the original succeeding stage. This is especially useful for customers using Manufacturing ERP Software.
Procurements ERP System – PR Cost Confirmation Approval Email Notification
Currently, TaskHub ERP Software would show the PR Cost Confirmation home currency amount in the email notification to approving officers. TaskHub ERP Software has enhanced the email notification to inform the approving officers of the home currency amount, as well as the amount in the natural currency of the PR voucher. In general, it will be useful for customers using our Projects ERP System, Manufacturing ERP, and Trading and Distribution ERP Software.
CRM ERP – standard Lead report
A new filter is added to allow users to filter by Follow Up Date range for a salesperson to find out which prospects and which sales activities require to follow up, as well as all sales activities of the prospects, to remind the salesperson of all past activities.
Accounts ERP System- Financial Statements in PDF
We have enhanced the Financial Statements report printed in PDF to include a page number. It will be useful for all customers using our Accounting ERP Software.
Accounts ERP System – Bank Reconciliation History report
New filters have been added to this report (Form code 2533) to allow users with more convenience to filter by Reconciliation Voucher Date, Bank Statement Date, Bank, as well as Bank Account number! This will benefit all customers using Accounting ERP Software.
Accounts ERP System – standard business formats
After the upgrades, our standard business formats for Accounting modules will only show Bank Charges only if the amount is more than $0. If the amount is $0, “Bank Charge” would no longer be shown to improve on the format alignment.

From 1st January 2015, Annual Maintenance fees of TaskHub ERP Software would be increased by 10% to cope with rising costs of operations. IBM Software remains at 5%. We thank you for your continuous and unwavering support all these years.
