We would like to bring to your kind attention the following updates for the month of November 2019.
In this November’s update newsletter, we are glad to introduce our new widgets to our Synergix ERP System Users. From the Dashboard screen, ERP Software users are able to see a quick overview of various modules. Software users can enable the widget by going to Dashboard Setting then dragging and dropping available widgets from My widgets list to My Dashboard.
1. Workforce Distribution – Module Code: HR
In Synergix ERP System Dashboard, Workforce Distribution widget is pie graphs to show workforce distribution breakdown by Nationality and WorkPass Type. This widget will help ERP software users have an overview of personnel allocation by WorkPass type and Nationality, hence, better manage their workforce.
2. My Particulars – Module Code: HR
From the Dashboard in Synergix ERP System, My Particulars allows each employee to update their personal particulars for non-sensitive information. By allowing to update their information by themselves, the feature assists HR from manual entry work.
3. Work Identification Expiry – Module Code: HR
Work Identification Expiry allows ERP system users to retrieve all Active Employees. Kindly noted that Work Identification will expire in X number of days.
4. Top 10 Supplier Purchases – Module Code: SCM
Top 10 Supplier Purchases reflects the top 10 suppliers’ total purchases by volume of the company within a period in a financial year.
5. Contract Hit Rate – Module Code: MC
This widget helps ERP system users to understand how many contract quotations have been confirmed as order and it will show the average win rate percentage for a year to check company performance.
6. Activities Due for Review – Module Code: PJ
Now, ERP system users can use the widget Project Due for Review to remind Assigner to review the tasks that he assigned to the Assignee.
7. Activities Due for Action – Module Code: PJ
In our Synergix ERP system dashboard, Project Due for Action is a widget created to remind Assignee to perform the tasks which are assigned by the Assigner.
8. On-Going Project Summary – Module Code: PJ
On-Going Project Summary shows all active projects that a user is in charge of. It can display the overview of total contract value, budgeted cost, cost to date and also estimated GP by percentage. Moreover, the Project Manager can also check the billing completion percentage from this widget.
