Here are some updates for the month of November 2020!
FINANCE & PAYROLL
1. E2 Bank Transaction – Cater for Deposit & Withdrawal Reversal (TH6_BANK_TRANSACTION_BGT_SCH)
In Finance module, Withdrawal transaction will debit Expense GLAN, Input Tax and Deposit transaction will credit Sales GLAN (General Ledger Account Number), Output Tax. In case Withdrawal transaction is incorrectly posted, ERP system users will create a Deposit transaction to reverse. But currently, the system will credit Sales GLAN and Output Tax instead of Expense GLAN and Input Tax. Hence, GST Input/ Output Tax, GST F5 and General Ledger report will be reflected incorrectly.
“Cater for Deposit & Withdrawal Reversal” will fix this issue by allowing Synergix ERP software to reverse bank transactions without affecting other data.
2. iOS Clocking with Geofencing
Now, “Clocking with Geofencing” feature in our TMS application can be used on iOS devices. Our geofencing feature allows employees to clock in / clock out within a certain distance from the GPS coordinates, which can be pre-determined by the company.
SCM & MFG
1. Sales Order – Bulk Adding Inventories (TH6_SALES_ORDER_V0)
Sometimes, a company’s inventory items might be categorized with several sub parts in each category. Bulk Adding Inventories is a new feature in Sales Order screen which allows Synergix ERP system users to add inventory items in bulk based on the inventory categories. This add-in feature will help ERP software users key in Sales Order faster.
In order to use this feature, ERP software users need to click on the Bulk Adding icon. The “Add multiple line items” pop up component will appear and users are able to select and deselect certain items. The toggle button at the top right corner allows users to only view the select line items, so that the user can have a final review before clicking the “Add” button.
Kindly note that Inventory categories have to be set up before using this Bulk Adding Inventory feature in the Sales Order voucher screen.
PROJECT & SERVICE
1. Display Service Order Performance Status (TH6_SERVICE_ORDER_PERFORMANCE)
Now, Synergix ERP System can display performance status in the Service Order Performance screen. ERP system users are able to view table status with the status filter options as below:
- Pending for Performance
- Performance in Progress
- End Work of the Day
- Need More Days
- All Done
ERP software users can choose to display or hide the table status filter at Service Order Performance screen, Service Performance tab.
