Project & Contract
1.Line item pagination UX behavior in Cost Allocation and Cost Accrual & Reversal screen (FC: TH6_PJ_COST_ALLOCATION_V1, TH6_PJ_COST_ACCRUAL_V1)
This month, we made some changes in Cost Allocation screen and Cost Accrual and Reversal screen:
- Added pagination feature.
- Default number of rows of the pagination is 10.
- System will not show the pagination bar if the number of line items is <= 10.
When a new line item is added, the cursor should move to the first field that can be input by user (e.g. Item field). Naturally, since the cursor is focused on that field, system auto jumps to the page where that field is at. If that line item is not already visible in that screen, the system auto-scrolls to that line item so that the user does not need to scroll after adding the line item.
2. Added Bank Charge Total Home Amount and Total Converted Amount for Receipt/ Payment Listing and Register reports (FC: TH6R_AP_000018, 4606, TH6R_AR_000016, TH6R_AR_000328)
In Synergix ERP software Account Receivable module, we made changes in following form code:
- Draft Payment Listing – TH6R_AP_000018
- Payment Register with Project – 4606
- Draft Receipt Listing – TH6R_AR_000016
- Receipt Register (E2, TH5) – TH6R_AR_000328
Reason for the change was for the reports to show the Total Converted Bank Charge amount. We added a column for Total Converted Bank Charge amount.
3. Change in Cost Allocation and Cost Allocation Opening Screens (FC: TH6_PJ_COST_ALLOCATION_V1, TH6_PJ_COST_ALLOCATION_OPENING_V1)
In the Synergix ERP software Project module, we made changes in Cost Allocation and Cost Allocation Opening screen. Reason for change was to enhance the Cost Allocation & Cost Allocation Opening import panel and import excel file. As a result, Import function has been upgraded with new UI.

Payroll & Finance
4. Payroll Transfer Subsidiaries – Copy HR & Payroll UM (FC: TH6_GLOBAL_EMPLOYEE_E1_PY_SCHEME)
After this enhancement, when an employee transfers subsidiaries, they do not need to refill all of the Human Resource and Payroll tab. System can copy information from the Human Resource and Payroll tab from old company’s to new one.
