Here are our Synergix ERP System updates for the month of March 2017:

Logistics ERP Software: Partial Submission in Purchasing Cost Confirmation

There may be scenarios whereby your purchase officer is only able to proceed with sourcing for partial quantities of a purchase requisition. With this new feature, your purchaser will be able to select the individual items that they want to evaluate suppliers for and their respective partial quantities. If one supplier is unable to supply you with the full requested quantity, you can also define how the quantities can be split across various suppliers. Upon submission, Synergix E1 Enterprise Resource Planning will automatically generate a purchase cost confirmation request with the outstanding items and quantities for processing at a later date.

Logistics ERP Software: Auto-Escalation to Next Approving Officer

In conjunction with Synergix E1’s in-built hierarchical approval system, you can now enable the system to automatically escalate any pending Purchase Requisitions to the next level of approving officer after a certain number of days, which is defined by your users. This feature can greatly reduce the procurement administrative lead time to ensure that you receive your goods on time as planned.

Logistics ERP Software: Mass Approval Actions for Purchasing Cost Confirmation

Procurement approving officers can now approve or reject purchase cost confirmation requisitions in masses with just a single click of a button. Once selected, Synergix E1 will automatically apply the selected options to all of the pending purchase requisitions listed on the purchase requisition cost confirmation approval summary screen.

Field Service ERP Software: Servicing Checklist by Product and Service Type

Synergix E1 now gives users the autonomy to design and categorize their servicing checklist according to the product and servicing type. For instance, preventive maintenance may require a different set of procedure as compared to servicing for breakdowns or unexpected situations. You can now define and specify your technicians and engineers to follow different checklist items depending on what service they are rendering.

Human Resource ERP Software: Paternity Leave Validity

MOM has regulated that as long as there is a mutual agreement between male employees and their employer, they are entitled to a flexible paternity leave of 2 weeks any time within 12 months after the birth of their child. Synergix E1 has embedded this flexibility into our system by automatically calculating and checking the validity period of each male employees’ paternity leave based on their children’s birth date in the employees’ profile whenever they are applying for such leave.
