Project Costing Enterprise Resource Planning Software: Supplier Service Price List by Project

It is very common for Project-based companies to have agreed on rates with their suppliers for certain services. Hence, we have introduced the Supplier Service Price List by Project feature whereby you can pre-define rates from various suppliers for each service budgeted for your project. Subsequently, Synergix E1 ERP will automatically retrieve these prices when you are raising a Purchase Requisition or Purchase Order for the particular project.

Project Costing ERP System: Customer Claim Cut-Off Date with Email Alert

Synergix E1 Enterprise Resource Planning can help you manage your customer claim deadlines with the new email alert feature. You can now specify a customer claim cut-off date and configure Synergix E1 ERP to send reminder emails to your QS, Claim Officers, Project Managers or other related employees whenever they should start preparing for the claim submission.

Logistic ERP System: Automatic Period End Closing for Inventories

Synergix E1 Enterprise Resource Planning can now be configured to automatically do period end closing for your inventories at the end of the financial period.

Trading & Distribution ERP System: Retrieve List Price Discount in Sales Quotation

Synergix E1 ERP inventory list price is now enhanced with the List Price Discount feature. With this feature, you can maintain different discounts percentages based on customer categories, customer industries, inventory brands or inventory codes for different effective periods. Subsequently, when your Sales users are preparing Sales Quotations for your customers, Synergix E1 ERP will retrieve these discounts and calculate the discounted list price for you.

Trading & Distribution/Manufacturing ERP: Display Item Quantity Available in Sales Quotation & Sales Order

Synergix E1 ERP introduces this new feature whereby your sales person can now easily check the quantity available for each item that they are quoting your customer. The quantity available is derived from eliminating quantity on hand, quantity on hand allocated and any back order quantity unallocated. For manufacturing companies, Synergix E1 ERP can even calculate the quantity of available finished goods for any quoted items that may require assembly.
