Payroll & Finance
1. New standard Finance business format with no signature(Formcode: TH6BS_AR_000352, TH6BS_AR_000353, TH6BS_AR_000367, TH6BS_AP_000371, TH6BS_AP_000372, TH6BS_AP_000373, TH6BS_AP_000374, TH6BS_AR_000375, TH6BS_AR_000376, TH6BS_AR_000377)
We’re improving the efficiency of your Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Bank Book modules in Synergix ERP. A new standard Business Format (BZF) has been implemented for these modules. This update eliminates the need for physical signatures on documents. Instead, a system-generated message will now indicate, “This is a computer-generated document. No signature is required.”
This change simplifies the approval process and saves time for all parties involved.
SCM & MFT
1. Apply Module Config to standard Delivery Order and Sales Order(FC: TH6_SALES_ORDER_E2, TH6_DELIVERY_ORDER_E2, TH6_BILLING_SALES_E2)
In the Synergix ERP software’s Sales module, we’ve updated the Sales flow with a config – “Display Forwarder field for more meticulous information”. This change allows users to display Forwarder field – which makes Sales Order, Delivery Order, Billings Sales more specific. Added more information fields for users to choose from make it more convenient for them.
2. Add “Outstanding Qty” in Sales Order (Formcode: TH6_SALES_ORDER_E2, TH6_SALES_ORDER_MULTILEVEL)
In the Synergix ERP software Sales module, we made changes in Sales Order screens.
What the change was: To add an “Outstanding Qty” column in voucher details screen for outstanding and under variation Sales Order.
Project & Contract
1.Service Order Performance History tab would show all Aborted and Cancelled voucher (FC: TH6_SV_SERVICE_ORDER_PERFORMANCE)
In TH6_SV_SERVICE_ORDER_PERFORMANCE initially aborted Service Order vouchers only show if they are not submitted and then aborted in the Schedule Board. Cancelled Service Order vouchers only show if they are cancelled at History. Now Service Order Performance History tab have all Aborted and Cancelled voucher.
