Such efforts are to fulfill any given requirements in order to give the best satisfaction to our customers.
Let’s have a look at some of our updates for the month of September!
PAYROLL
1. User Account Listing (FC: TH5R_MT_400182)
The User Account Listing feature allows ERP Software users to view the login details of each employee in report. The login details can have all information such as whether the employee has the account, “User ID”, “User ID Status” whether the account is suspended or active, “Default Login Company” and “Created Date & Time” of the account.
2. Geofencing (Allow user to clock in / clock out within x km)
With our new Geofencing feature, Synergix ERP software users can use the TMS application to clock in and clock out within a certain distance from the GPS coordinates. This feature is enhanced by the GPS tracking capability that also allows ERP system users to pre-determine the distance in the configuration.
3. Benefits in Kind / Director Fees (TH6_PY_BENEFITS_IN_KIND_DIRECTOR_FEES)
“Benefits in Kind / Director Fees” is a new screen for the employer to give employees Benefits in Kind and Director Fees. In which, Benefits in Kind are benefits that the employer gives to employees. Some of the benefits in kind are not in monetary terms. For example, Gifts for special occasion, or Long Service Award.
FINANCE
1. Fixed Asset Change Location Report (TH5 – TH5R_FA_000001)
When a fixed asset brought to system, it will be allocated to a location. Reallocating existing fixed assets from one current location to another will be recorded in the “Fixed Asset Change Location” screen. To consolidate information of location changes of Fixed Assets into an Excel file, Synergix ERP Software users can use the “Fixed Asset Change Location (Excel)” screen to generate a report.
PROJECT & CONTRACT
1. Contract Summary Report (TH5R_MC_400159)
Contract Summary Report enables ERP Software users to view the main information of all contracts within a financial year. Some of the fields showed in the report include basic contract information (such as Contract Number, Renewal Number, Subject, Customer Name, Currency, Contract Start/Expiry Date, etc.), Billed Amount, Sales Amount and Unearned Amount. ERP system users are able to filter to see which contracts are Active, Expired or Terminated.
Kindly note that all figures in this report are in pre-tax amount and this report does not include Draft contracts.
SCM & MFG
1. Inventory Reorder Alert
The Inventory Reorder Alert widget serves as an alert for the purchaser if any inventory falls below the preset minimum holding quantity. This widget can be used as an alternative to the Reorder Report and effectively helps purchasers sieve out a list of inventories which requires the procurement team to top up. With this feature, purchasers can avoid stockout and improve fill rate for the company.
2. Stock Return Manufacturing with Pack Size (TH6_STOCK_RETURN_MANUFACTURING_WITH_PACK_SIZE)
“Stock Return Manufacturing with Pack Size” feature in the Manufacturing module eliminates manual UOM conversion where users can just input returned quantity in pack size UOM and the system will do the conversion to base UOM of material automatically. With this new feature, users can be saved from the troubles of doing the calculation, as well as avoid any human errors during the quantity conversion process.
