We would like to bring to your kind attention the following updates for the month of February 2020.
PROJECT AND CONTRACT
1. PM Service Schedule (FC: TH6_PM_SERVICE_SCHEDULE)
The purpose of PM Service Schedule in Synergix E1 ERP System is to generate Service Orders for a Contract by batch. Normally, this will be for Contracts with a Preventive Maintenance schedule (or a Fixed Maintenance schedule).
The PM Service Schedule screen will help user batch generate and schedule these Service Orders based on the Servicing Schedule set for each Preventive Maintenance Line Item. The PM Service Schedule screen is also designed for Service Management module screens.
Please take note that Synergix E1 ERP System users must also be using the Service screens in Service Management to use this feature.
2. Display Service Order Status on PC Performance Screen (FC:TH6_SERVICE_PERFORMANCE_WEB_WO_ITEM_TO_SERVICE)
Now, Synergix E1 ERP System can display Service Order Status at the top of Service Order Performance screen. This feature will help ERP System users to filter service orders by their status.
SCM & MFG
1. Sales order – Printing Production Buffer for Work Order Planning Voucher Generated (FC: TH6_SALES_ORDER_ORDER_AND_BASE_QTY)
Basically, the feature Sales Order – Printing Production Buffer for Work Order Planning Voucher Generated of Synergix E1 ERP System is to add a buffer in the production voucher which will cater for any net loss in the latter production process. This feature allows our ERP system to automatically calculate so that users do not have to go through the hassle to manually calculate every time which can reduce human error.
2. Inventory Master – Generic Format (FC: E1-TH6_INVENTORY)
Inventory Master – Generic Format from Synergix E1 ERP System contains the essential features for the inventory master setup. This feature will help ERP System users quickly store the key inventory information.
PAYROLL & FINANCE
1. Duty Roster (FC: TH6_DUTY_ROSTER)
In Synergix E1 ERP System, the Duty Roster screen is used by the outlet manager and area manager to plan weekly duty roster for each employee by outlet.
2. Monthly Timesheet by Normal and OT hours (FC: TH6_PY_MONTHLY_TIMESHEET_PJ_PHASE_BY_HOUR)
In Monthly Timesheet by Normal and OT hours, Synergix E1 ERP System allows users to choose another method to calculate Working Hours based on the number of hours instead of specific time from and to. ERP System users will need to enter Normal Hours and OT Hours of each day.
Kindly note that the Monthly Timesheet by Normal and OT Hours will be separated by Activities Code.
3. FA Change Segment (FC: TH6_CHANGE _SEGMENT)
In Synergix E1 ERP System now, when a fixed asset’s location is frequently changed within a company and once the location is changed, the segment must follow. For example, the Fixed Asset is purchased under the Finance segment, two months later the Fixed Asset is moved to HR, therefore the Fixed Asset depreciation cost must also be moved to HR.
Subsequent Fixed Asset depreciation will be posted to HR only. Fixed Asset Cost and its cumulative deprecation will follow the new segment. Thus, it will be moved to HR as well.
