Here are a few updates for the month of May 2023.
Project & Contract
1. Enhancement of Project Recognition in Home Currency
(FC: TH6_PJ_RECOGNITION_HOME_BY_EST_COST_V1)
In May 2023, Synergix ERP system launched a new Project Recognition screen in Home Currency – V1. The new screen has an enhanced UI, making it more convenient for customers to use. The new screen also:
- Display Recognition method in summary screen so that users will know which recognition method of the respective project number.
- Display Type column in the history summary screen so that users can identify Opening recognition voucher.
2. Updating icon for re-activate button on Project Order screen (FC: TH6_PJ_PROJECT_ORDER_V1, TH6_PJ_PROJECT_ORDER_COST_CODE_V1, TH6_PJ_SOR_PROJECT_ORDER_E2)
Synergix ERP software updated icons for re-active button on Project Order screen. The re-activate icons in tab history has been changed to make it more easy for user to recognise.

SCM&MFG
1. Reallocating Inventory Lot on Work Order Completion (FC: WORK_ORDER_COMPLETION_BY_WORKORDER)
From now on, users of Synergix ERP software can reselect the inventory lot on Work Order completion in order to complete the work order voucher.
Payroll & Finace
1. Create The Occupational Employment Dataset (OED) survey (FC: TH6R_PY_400380)
The implication of The Occupational Employment Dataset survey:
1) Ministry of Manpower will base on the salary indicated in the Occupational Employment Dataset survey to see if employees are paid at the minimum of $X.
2) If the Occupational Employment Dataset survey is not submitted, the Ministry of Manpower will not allow the employer to hire foreign workers.
