In our effort to maintain our high service standards, Synergix invested $100,000 on a software to track all support incidence e.g. the time the incidence was logged, who is the QA/developer assigned and completion status. Our support incidence can be either a user query or a troubleshooting incidence where our team has the tool to track the status of each incidence until it is officially closed. This will mean that at any one time, you can check with any of our helpdesk support team on the status of your incidence, rather than relying on a key focal support staff.
