We have implemented Taskhub Full Fledge modules from TMS, HR, Project Costing, Suhcon and Customer Claim modules, Financial and Procurement system since 2013

There are hiccups during initial implementation. The sales consultant has been following up with us and work with the project team and customer team to pull through the whole implementation to ensure all the modules are implemented.

After we have live run in the system. the sales consultant continued to follow up with post live run implementation to find out how is our experience using the system and is flexible to accommodate our requests as software upgrades.

The project executive who helps in the final implementation and post-implementation stage is very patient with the users and has also been followed up closely with us till now.
