Synergix Technologies has been a great boon to our business efficiency ever since 2004, when we started using their ERP system.

When we were in the process of ERP sourcing, we had a few important requirements such as Serial Number Tracking, Sales Order Margin and Inventory Valuation Report. These were features we did not use previously but needed for the new system in order to improve our operations and handle our increasing number of orders.

We considered some other vendors as well, however, we eventually chose Synergix to be our ERP software vendor due to their expertise in providing customizations, and their high service level. We can always trust Synergix to deliver according to what they promised.

In 2012, when we upgraded our initial Synergix software to the newer Synergix software, Synergix’s teams were very helpful and worked closely with us to iron out any teething problems during the course of the deployment.
