We have been a long term customer of Synergix Technologies for more than 10 years using their first generation of product Synergix CS to TaskHub5 now.
Synergix service level has been improving since we first knew them.
They have recently included the extra service level on providing upgrades on new filters and new information into their reports as part of software maintenance package.
This extra thing initiated by Synergix shows that they are willing to listen to customers’ requirements to accommodate changes to help us analyse our data better through reports.
The helpdesk and the sales consultants respond to our queries on time and I am satisfy with the service level they provided to us.
