We were looking for a vendor who already has a proven ERP Software and be able to provide customisation to tailor our operation requirements. We chose Synergix Technologies as we believe they being a local principle developer of TaskHub software, should be more familiar with local companies’ workflow and regulatory requirements.

TaskHub ERP Solution has been customized to automate the process of pricing management for the products series we have. And since Synergix is a one-stop-solution vendor, it’s convenient on our end to ask for support on either IT or TaskHub helpdesk. Especially that in most cases we can’t figure if the problem is with the hardware or with the TaskHub system. They have a very prompt and compliant customer service that just knows exactly what to do.

We would recommend this software for any company looking for long-term system automation. Currently, we are discussing with Synergix to implement the similar solutions to our 4 companies in Malaysia.
