Synergix Technologies ERP system Taskhub has been a great help to all our business needs. The various complex customisations made it very difficult for any ERP vendors to meet our criteria as to integrate with call center, operation team and production plant was not easily done. However, Synergix was not only willing to take up such a task but performed up to our expectations.

We would also like to commend on the services that was provided by Synergix Technologies. Despite the initial roll-out hiccups, their response time was good and their project manager was very commited in helping to solve all issues and finally ensuring our successful go-live since 2012. Today, our drivers are trained and equipped with Android mobile device for order fulfillment and linked up with our customer service department. With the web-based technologies, all our 3 office locations are linked up via Taskhub ERP.

In situations where we would require additional help, their helpdesk is able to solve our problems within a reasonable timeframe and minimize any downtime disruption in our business.
