PAYROLL & FINANCE
1. Payroll: Payslip Summary with and without project budget schedule allocation by Project (Formcode:TH6R_PY_400454)
In Synergix ERP Software, users can check the Payroll amount allocated to various projects and not allocate to projects all in one report. It helps users save time and find it easier while checking payroll values.
2. Enhancement to Standard Balance Sheet (Year To Date/YTD) (Formcode: TH6_GL_FINANCIAL_STATEMENT)
Applicable to Financial Statement screen, module General Ledger.
Enhancement details:
Change the wordings to follow same as our Sub Type Description:
- from ‘Non Current Assets’ to ‘Long Term Assets’,
- from ‘Non Current Liabilities’ to ‘Long Term Liabilities’.
- Re-order to show Current first, then Long Term.
Those changes are planned to be released by the end of October, 2025.
3. Payroll: Employee Identification Listing (Formcode: TH6R_PY_400457)
Before, systems did not have separate reports for identification listing. With this enhancement, the system now provides a centralised Employee Identification Listing Report that consolidates employee codes, names, departments, and their identification documents with expiry dates. It applies payroll security access rules, ensures dynamic fields are highlighted, and filters allow customers to generate tailored reports.
4. Payroll: Overtaken Leave for Hourly rate, Daily rate in payroll scheme

Applicable to Payroll module, Payroll Generation screen
Previously, the system calculated overtaken leave amounts for hourly and daily rate employees using Basic Salary, which does not exist for these employee types. The enhancement introduces proper formulas to calculate overtaken leave based on the Hourly Rate or Daily Rate defined in the employee’s payroll scheme. The system now automatically detects overtaken leave days, retrieves the applicable rate effective on that date, and computes the correct deduction amount. It also handles cases where salary type changes mid-year and skips processing if “Pay employee if leave applied = No.”

5. Report Enhancement: Outstanding & History Purchase Order Report(Excel) (Formcode: TH6R_PU_200032)
Applicable to Outstanding & History Purchase Order Report (Excel) screen. TH6_PU_ORDER_BY_BGT_SCH_V3, module PURCHASE.
With this enhancement, users will see the Project No. corresponding to the Purchase Order allocated to that Project.
