Dear Valued Customers,

Thank you for continuing to trust Synergix ERP Software. This November, we are pleased to bring you another round of enhancements designed to elevate your daily operations and boost overall efficiency.

Whether it’s strengthening financial oversight, improving user experience across key modules, or supporting smarter and faster decision-making, these updates are tailored to help your business operate with greater confidence and clarity.

We truly appreciate your ongoing support. Let’s explore what’s new this month!

PAYROLL & FINANCE

1. Handling of IRAS via APEXCLOUD – Changes of API version to API 2.0 (FC: TH6_PY_IR8A_SUBMISSION)

From 18 August 2025, IRAS requires that all AIS submissions made via API must adopt the new AIS-API 2.0 standard. Therefore, system changes are needed to align with IRAS’ new technical specifications and ensure uninterrupted AIS reporting for users.

We released a new form code IR8A Submission (TH6_PY_IR8A_SUBMISSION) to enhance all the changes introduced in AIS-API 2.0 with submission format, submission size and all techniques related. Users can check their own submission logs in the Submission result for more information.

2. Auto Clock Out From Previous Location

(Formcode: Handle for both Android and IOS devices)

When employees work in different locations for different projects, they need to clock out from previous records and clock in again. This helps employees to save time, and auto update clock out time for previous record equal with clock in time of new clocking record in new location.

With this enhancement, when the system detects that an employee clocks out with a new Time Clock Machine Location different with the clock in’s Time Clock Machine Location, it will:

Automatically clock out the previous record, the clock out time equal with clock in time of the new Time Clock Machine Location.

Create a new clock in record with the new Time Clock Machine Location

This supports compliance for clients who require strict location-based tracking of working hours.

3. PDPA Consent (Desktop) to conform to IMDA

Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) consent is needed to comply with data protection laws, which require organizations to get permission before collecting, using, or disclosing personal data. This is essential for protecting individuals’ privacy rights, building trust, avoiding legal penalties, and ensuring data is used only for legitimate purposes specified at the time of collection.

We added a PDPA consent confirm note in:
(1) 1st time log in process
(2) Change User name and Password process
(3) Forget password process.
Users must confirm this note before submitting their action else cannot process.

After confirmed, this will be saved in the system, and the PDPA consent confirm will not appear again in those processes.
