Job Responsibilities:

You will work directly with sales team in pre-sales situations with the following specific
responsibilities:

  • Provide presales support for all sales activities including prospects requirement analysis, product demonstrations and other general sales support
  • Propose Solution to meet prospects’ needs and objectives of buying an ERP system
  • Provide consultation and sharing of product information to the sales team
  • Prepare Proof of Concepts when required to demonstrate product capability
  • Continue with after Sales Support to carry out Training to end users and manage the Project till successful Live run

Required Knowledge & Skills:

  • 1 year of ERP software presales experience
  • Excellent written, verbal communication skills and presentation skills
  • Good interpersonal communication skills to work successfully with prospects, customers, and across our departments
  • Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and understanding how to utilize them in a customer facing environment
  • Creative approach to problem solving
  • Technical knowledge of IT technology is a Good to Have but not compulsory
  • Proven experience succeeds in the sales of software to business users in all industries
  • No experience is welcome and remuneration will be rewarded according to your working experiences
