Here are some September 2023 updates!
PROJECT & CONTRACT
1.Visual indicator dot at Remarks & Attachments right side panel tab (apply to all modules) (FC: TH6_PJ_PROJECT_CLAIM_V1)
In Synergix ERP System, this enhancement was made to provide visual indicators for the presence of remarks and attachments in the processing screen.
A red indicator dot has been added to the Remarks and Attachment icons at the side panel on the Project Claim V1 screen whenever Remarks data or Attachments have attached file.

2. New UI for Revenue Accrual and Reversal screen (FC: TH6_PJ_REVENUE_ACCRUAL_V1)
A new Revenue Accrual and Reversal screen has been updated with more user friendly UI – Expand audit trail button at all tabs to display Created and Last updated by/datetime.
- Display SBU & Segment information (where applicable) of the voucher
- Allow to separate attachment into Folders
- Default exchange rate based on Accrual date inputted in respective voucher
PAYROLL & FINANCE
3. Customs Tax to read from MT SALES TAX instead of Config (FC: TH6_AP_INVOICE_V1 , TH6_AP_CREDIT_NOTE_BGT_SCH , TH6_SALES_TAX )
Our newest AP Invoice screen TH6_AP_INVOICE_V1 and TH6_AP_CREDIT_NOTE_BGT_SCH screen will now read Custom Tax Code from Sales Tax screen instead of Custom Tax Code set up under Module Config. This new enhancement gives users flexibility when maintaining two or more Custom Sales Tax Codes at the same time. You can now go to Master Setup > Finance > Accounting > Sales Tax to maintain Custom Tax Code accordingly.
4.DBS Bank File – TT Payment – Bank Charges Option (FC: TH6_PAYMENT_DBS_BANK_FILE_EXPORT, TH6_AP_PAYMENT)
This enhancement in Synergix ERP Software was catered for users to be able to indicate Bank Charges option for DBS Bank File in Account Payable Payment screen when the mode of Payment is Telegraphic Transfer .
