Payroll & Finance
1. Account Receivable Invoice – Add receipt tab (Form code: TH6_AR_INVOICE)
In Synergix ERP software, we made changes to Account Receivable Invoice, which now has a separate receipt tab. In draft invoices, users may apply outstanding/overpaid receipt vouchers to the invoice they are creating for greater convenience. For history invoices, users may view all the receipt(s) that were applied to the invoice.
2. Payroll: Two-Factor Authentication
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is an additional layer of security implemented in Synergix Software to enhance the protection of an account. With 2FA enabled, users will provide two forms of verification before accessing the account.
How to set up the Two-factor Authentication:
- Enable sending emails.
- Enable 2FA feature: Contact Synergix support.
- OTP Validity Period: Default = 3 (in minutes). Contact Synergix support to change the setup.
- Company Email Address: Users must maintain a valid company email address associated with the account. The OTP will be sent to this email during the login process.
3. Account Receivable Invoice and Account Receivable Credit Note Business Format (Form code: TH6BS_AR_000002, TH6BS_AR_000003)
In the Synergix ERP software Account Receivable module, we made a change, which is Include customer code above the customer’s name for standard Account Receivable Invoice and Account Receivable Credit Note.
Project & Contract
4. Enhancement on “Project Order Costing Sheet” Business Format; (Form code: TH5R_PJ_400209)
In Synergix ERP software – Project module, we have made changes to the Business Format Project Order Costing Sheet. The reason for change was to display Quotation no. corresponding to Project Order voucher.
After the change, “Quotation no.” field is added to the right-side header of the Business Format. System will hide “Remark”, “Quotation no.”, “Customer Job no.”, “Reference No.” fields if there is no data.
From the new field “Quotation no.” in the Business Format, users can know the current Project Order is confirmed from which Project Quotation voucher. The Business Format is also neater in case there is no data for fields: “Remark”, “Quotation no.”, “Customer Job no.”, “Reference No.”
