As part of Synergix Technologies‘s growth and expansion, we are recruiting an ERP Data Entry/ Testing to train and groom and join us in our company expansion.

Main Responsibilities

Working within a focused team, the future ERP Data Entry/ Testing has to meet these requirements:

  • Preparing and sorting documents for data entry.
  • Entering data into ERP software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data.
  • Executing different testing cases based on the functional specification and sample documents given.
  • Documenting testing results properly.

Job Descriptions

  • Experience with ERP system
  • Experience in construction/maintenance contract/field servicing/purchasing is a plus
  • Good Inter-personal communication skills
  • Good communication in both English and Mandarin (in order to communicate in English and Mandarin language to answer queries in English and Mandarin on system maintenance and application solutions for the Chinese market).
  • Able to work independently.
  • Experience in the construction industry or maintenance/service contract industry is a plus
  • Make sure successful live run of all clients assigned.
