Project & Contract
1.Add Inventory Main Category and Size to Inventory Master (Formcode: TH6_INVENTORY_E2)
In Inventory Master screen, we added two new fields:
- Inventory Type: To classify the inventory based on its nature or usage (e.g., hardware, software, consumables).
- Inventory Size: To specify the physical dimensions or capacity of the inventory item (e.g., small, medium, large, 500ml, 1TB).
This enhancement brings some benefits to our Synergix users:
- Enhanced Search and Filter: Easily locate and manage inventory items based on specific types and sizes, streamlining your inventory processes.
- Improved Storage and Logistics: Detailed size information aids in better storage and logistics planning, leading to more efficient operations.
- User-Friendly Experience: These enhancements contribute to a more streamlined and user-friendly inventory management experience.
2.Work Done Log (By Date Range) business format (Form code: TH6BS_PJ_300603)
This update will enable users to generate a business format to track work done progress in PDF format, allowing users to submit work done logs to their clients for a specified date range.
3.Display Customer Contact Person phone number & email in Search Contact Person lookup
Apply to Module/screen: Sales Quotation, Sales Order, Delivery Order, Purchase Order
This new enhancement enables the system to display the phone number and email when users search contact person on the processing screens. This facilitates users to quickly retrieve the contact info of the intended contact person.

4. Deadline to cancel leave from leave start date (Formcode: TH5_LV_APP_STANDARD_V1)
Apply for the “Leave Application” screen – the “Leave” module.
In the Human Resource department, there is a deadline for canceling leave to prevent employees from canceling at any time. To enforce this, we introduce a configuration that allows the Admin to set a cancellation deadline based on the leave start date.
Employees can only cancel their leave within this deadline. If they attempt to cancel after the deadline has passed, the system will display the following error message:
“You cannot cancel this leave application as the deadline to cancel leave is <Module Config> days from the leave start date.”
5.Import Academic Qualification (Formcode: TH6_GLOBAL_EMPLOYEE_E1_PY_SCHEME, TH6_EMPLOYEE_PY_SCHEME_V1)
Previously, users had to update records manually, one by one. This enhancement allows users to perform mass updates in the system, improving efficiency. Additionally, academic qualifications are required for the OED Survey.
With this enhancement, a new Academic Qualification tab has been added to the Payroll import file template.
