1.Upcoming Enhancement: Systemwide Audit Log Framework
Target Release: Q4 2026
The new Systemwide Audit Log Framework is designed to provide more comprehensive visibility into system activities across the platform. Key enhancements include:
- Expanding audit coverage across the system
- Standardising audit logging mechanisms
- Improving traceability for transactional and master data activities
- Enhancing troubleshooting and investigation capabilities
- Minimising the impact of audit processing on transaction performance and overall system efficiency.
Further details regarding the feature scope, technical approach, rollout phases, and available configuration options will be shared progressively throughout the development cycle.

1. Supplier – Request to add or edit party, with approval (FC: TH6_SUPPLIER_WITH_APPROVAL)
Applicable to: Supplier Master – Maintenance module
This enhancement introduces a request-and-approval workflow: any creation of a new supplier or edit to an existing supplier must now go through a voucher (Draft → Pending → Approved/Rejected) that is routed to an Approving Officer before taking effect in live data. Critically, when bank details, currency, or payment terms are changed, the supplier is automatically suspended and blocked from use in all processing screens (Purchase Order, Account Payable Invoice, Payment, etc.) until the voucher is approved – preventing transactions from proceeding on unverified vendor information. Once approved, the data is written from the staging control-DB tables to the live Supplier Master, and the supplier is restored to Active status; if rejected, the supplier reverts to Active and the requester can abort or revise.
This enhancement gives procurement and finance teams a proper audit trail, segregation of duties, and a controlled change-management process for vendor master data.
PAYROLL & FINANCE
1. Loan Agreement Bussiness Format (FC: TH6BS_PY_400465)
The system generates loan agreements using an existing template that is brief. To better meet the customer’s business requirements, Synergix have rebuilt the old format that lacks the level of detail and structure required for better documentation and clarity.
The system has been enhanced to generate loan agreements using the new Business Format under form code TH6BS_PY_400465. The new template provides a more comprehensive set of loan terms and conditions for employee acknowledgement: Total loan amount, Deduction per payrun, Deduction per month.
2. Mobile Leave Application: Handle option Apply Leave on Behalf (FC: TH6_LEAVE_APPLICATION_MOBILE_V1)
In Synergix ERP Software, only employees can apply leave for themselves through the mobile application. The site supervisors, HR personnel, or other authorized users cannot apply leave for the employees under their in charge. As a result, leave applications may be delayed or require manual administrative handling.
The mobile leave application now includes an “On Behalf Of” option for authorized users who have permission to view employee leave information. When selected, users can submit a leave application on behalf of employees under their supervision . The leave application process remains the same as the standard leave application workflow. This enhancement improves operational efficiency, reduces administrative effort, and provides better support for employees who require assistance with leave submissions.
