Digital Solution Provider
We are pleased to share that Synergix Software is now an official #SFFS (#SeamlessFilingFromSoftware) Silver Partner in the IRAS Partner Excellence Programme (PEP) 2026.
As an #SFFS Solution Partner, the Synergix ERP lets Singapore businesses file tax directly to the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) across the Accounting, Payroll, and Tax categories.
You can view the official listing on the IRAS website.
What This Means for Your Business
If you run your finance and payroll on Synergix’s Financial Management module, tax data can move from your ERP to IRAS directly, without re-keying figures into myTax Portal.
Under this recognition, Synergix supports:
- GST returns – File Form F5 and F8 directly to IRAS from Synergix.
- Employment Income records – Submit IR8A and Appendix 8A under the Auto-Inclusion Scheme (AIS) directly to IRAS.
- InvoiceNow-ready – Prepared for Singapore’s national InvoiceNow e-invoicing network.
Synergix has supported AIS API submissions since YA2022, so this is a proven capability our Singapore customers already rely on, not a new addition.
What Is #SFFS?
#SeamlessFilingFromSoftware (#SFFS) is an IRAS initiative that lets businesses file directly from their accounting, payroll, or ERP software.
Instead of exporting data and manually completing forms in myTax Portal, figures flow from the system where they were recorded to IRAS. That means less manual entry, fewer transcription errors, and a clearer audit trail from source transaction to submission. The same figures feed your financial reporting, so filing and reporting stay consistent.
Filing your GST and Employment Income (AIS) returns to IRAS through recognised software brings benefits beyond convenience. IRAS also provides transition support for businesses adjusting to #SFFS:
- Less manual work, fewer errors – Tax data is generated from your own records, so there is no re-keying of figures into myTax Portal.
- Digital record keeping – Transactions are recorded and retained in line with IRAS’ record-keeping requirements, giving you one place to manage financial data end to end.
- Extended GST filing due date – IRAS grants a two-week extension on request if you encounter software issues filing GST F5 or F8 returns due through 31 March 2028. The request must be made at least three working days before the due date.
- Penalty waiver for genuine mistakes – IRAS waives penalties for errors made due to unfamiliarity with the software, for GST F5/F8 and AIS returns due through 31 March 2028. The waiver does not cover errors made through negligence or with intent to evade tax.
Why This Recognition Matters
Filing Is Built into the ERP
Because the capability sits inside the same ERP finance modules where your invoices, ledgers, and payroll already live, GST and employment income figures come straight from posted transactions. There is no separate tool to reconcile and no duplicate data entry between systems.
One Local Partner for the Software and the Filing
Synergix develops its ERP in-house and supports it locally. The same team that implements your finance and payroll modules helps configure and support your IRAS filing, rather than pointing you to a third party.
The Silver Partner recognition is valid from 1 August 2026 to 31 July 2028. It sits alongside the trust our customers already place in us: 35+ years in the Singapore market, 600+ SMEs served, and 30,000+ users.
