We are pleased to share our experience with the implementation of Synergix ERP software at Spectrama Marine & Industrial Supplies Pte Ltd. The system has significantly improved both productivity and the way we manage these processes.

Overall, we estimate that the system has improved our productivity by approximately 70%. Our team now spends much less time locating historical certification records and preparing DO and Tax Invoices, allowing us to respond to customer requests more quickly and focus on more value-added work.

One of the biggest improvements is having all our certification records stored in a single database. Our team can now locate past certificates much more quickly instead of spending time searching through old records. This has made day-to-day operations much more efficient.

The system has also helped us reduce manual work and minimise clerical errors. Having information flow through the different modules means we no longer need to key in the same data multiple times, improving both accuracy and consistency.

Another feature we appreciate is the integrated sales process. Being able to generate a Quotation, Delivery Order and Tax Invoice within one system has made our sales administration smoother and easier to manage.

We are also very satisfied with the support provided by the Synergix Account Manager and Helpdesk team. They have always been responsive, helpful, and quick to assist whenever we require support.

We would confidently recommend Synergix to other companies. The flexibility to customise their ERP system to match our business processes has made it much easier to adopt and use as part of our daily operations.
