We’re glad to choose Synergix Technologies as our software provider. Synergix ERP system has brought us lots of benefits for our whole operation. We have been able to reduce input errors, save time and increase accuracy.

We’re satisfied with AM and Helpdesk services as they always provide us with detailed explanations. The system is overall good but we hope that we can have more detailed manual training. There are so many inquiries after the implementation that causes our progress to be delayed. And these inquiries are only clear for us after the practical operation although training is provided.
