Our company Raduga Pte Ltd has been using Synergix ERP software since 2018, and it is my pleasure to write this testimonial for them.
As compared to our previous software, Synergix UI is more modern and user friendly. It can also handle multiple entities and it has multiple features to handle all areas of our operations.
After implementing their ERP software, it has cut down a lot of manual work needed to process orders and data. Processes are also streamlined to improve efficiency. Now, automating daily processes with Synergix reduces human errors too.
I would also like to commend on their services. Synergix support is good in general as issues were usually resolved in a timely manner, they respond usually within the day. Their Accounts Manager (AM) team, Business Analyst (BA) team and support staff are all very professional and equipped with the knowledge required.
Overall, I would recommend Synergix software to other companies.
